The Joys of owning a home!!

So we closed on our house monday. Wahoo right. It was great right up until we turned the water on and found that the home wasn't winterized well enough. There was a pipe that broke and started leaking into our basement. Needless to say I freaked out and started to cry while on the phone. Let's hope Dad can come save the day one more time. What would I do without a dad as great as mine. He is always willing to drop whatever he is doing to come bail me out of some other catastrophe I'm in. I am sure he was all booked up tomorrow but he is coming in the morning without hesitation to help his daughter. He truely is the best Dad you could have!!
