Christmas

So this was Hudson's first Christmas. Its sad when I only took two pictures for Christmas and they are both of Hudson. Man I need to work on taking more pictures. LOL well Hudson loved the wrapping paper so much we didn't really give him his presents. It was funny. Next year he will probably get it a little more but I'm not complaining. I would be fine if all he wanted for Christmas was tissue paper. So for Christmas Eve we went to Randy's Moms. She made dinner and it was yummy. She read a cute Christmas story of Charlie Brown and then we all exchanged gifts. Hudson got a really cute outfit and a fun toy that he really liked. Randy got this leather-man knife and I got a cute outfit myself. Thanks Candace! It was a fun night.

Christmas Jammies!

This is us opening out stockings. For Christmas I got Randy clothes (that didn't fit!), a few movies, and these shoes he really wanted. And he got me an iPad. I was on call for Christmas eve which wasn't bad other than the fact I puked for most of the morning on Christmas. Fun Fun! I think I'm sick every Christmas I swear. So once I stopped throwing up then we headed up to my moms. She got us a video camera and a steamer. Then off to my dads. He got us some emergency preparedness stuff and some fun things for Hudson. It was a great Christmas. Also this Christmas Randy and I celebrated our 6th year of marriage. Crazy huh??

I Love how these turned out. I can't believe how big he's getting. Six months. Wow these last few months have gone by so fast. I am really enjoying how fun Hudson is getting. He makes new sounds and is more vocal everyday. I love it. He is so fun. During the photo shoot he laughed more than he ever has. It was hilarious. My friend April does such a great job. I love every picture she took. Thanks Apes!

First Tooth

So you can't see the tooth very well but its there! And it begins just when we get Hudson sleeping through the night he starts waking up and gets a tooth. And now he has two teeth. They are really cute but don't feel good when he bites me. So funny/ sad story. Hudson had been biting me for the last little while and I have heard that if you flick them that they stop. So one night he bit me really hard and I flicked him. He got the saddest face I have ever seen...Then he bit me again right after. So I flicked him again. He got real tear and everything. Oh it almost made me cry. He didn't bite me for like over a week. LOL Oh every day is an adventure. I never know whats going to happen with him. Its a crazy time all the time:)

Halloween

So Hudson's first Halloween was fun. At first I wasn't going to dress him up because of 1-He wouldn't remember it and 2-I didn't want to spend money on a costume that he would wear for 20 minutes. However, He was two things this Halloween. LOL. Our neighborhood did a costume exchange and we scored this cute pirate costume for the ward party. Then my step-mom let us borrow the cute pumpkin costume. It was my little sister Morgans. Funny Huh. So on Halloween we went to Randy's work and did a trunk or treat then up to my dads for trick or treating. Hudson didn't last long so he stayed home with the grandparents and we took my little sisters around the neighborhood. It was really fun. Some guy in the neighborhood was cooking hot dogs. Good Times. After that we ran to my Mom's for birthday cake for my brother Braedy. It was a crazy busy Halloween.

First bottle

First time he peed all over the couch. I thought that something felt warm and before I knew it he had peed all over me and the couch.
First blow out all over his bouncer. It took like an hour to clean all the poop off. I can't believe how much can come out of something so small.
Here he is in the bumbo for the first time. He can almost hold his head up. :)

First time eating rice cereal.

First Hair Cut

I was tired of looking at my son and seeing this mullet he had. Everyone kept saying he looked like an old man. So after giving dad a haircut I decided to give Hudson his first haircut!! Mullet no more!! LOL.

Family Photos

We had our family pictures done a few weeks ago and I think they turned out pretty good. Too bad we had to do them only a few months after having Hudson. C'est la vie! Maybe then next time we do family pictures I won't have baby weight to lose. :) Oh well.
