Blessing Day

Here are some pictures of Hudson in his cute blessing outfit.

The big blessing day. I had been so stressed out about this day. We are both from such big families and knew it was going to be a crazy day. However, as Randy assured me a million times that it would all turn out, it did! Every one helped out with food and my awesome dad built stairs off our deck so that people could eat out on our patio. He's the best. The day was so nice. The blessing Randy gave was so beautiful and I am so glad that I am married to such a wonderful man. Thanks to all who came and supported us. We love and appreciate all you did to make our day special!

The Last Two Months

First week worth of diapers.

First milk mustache !

This is how he sleeps all the time. Hudson doesn't like his arms tucked in the blanket. Once I tucked them in and when I went to check on him he had pulled his arm up and through the neck of his onsie. He is one determined little guy.

Newborn Photos

My best friend April Lupus is amazing at photography. She came over and did Hudson's newborn pictures. I was so happy with them. They all turned out so cute. Her blog is Photosbyaprillupus.blogspot.com. Here are just some of the cute pictures we got!

Hudson Robert Brown

Well here he is. Hudson Robert Brown. He was born on June 9th 2011. Weighing 7lb9oz and 19 and 1/2 inches long. After being in labor for 17 hours you finally came. It took being in labor and going naturally for about 12 hours and only dilating one centimeter in that time then an epidural to get him into this world. But it was all worth it. He is now almost 3 months old and doing great. he loves to snuggle and be held all the time. Here are some pictures from the beginning.

First bath in the hospital.

The wonderful after labor photo. This is what 17 hours of labor does to a couple :)

What a proud Papa!! It was so fun to see Randy with Hudson. You could just tell how much he loved him and he was so sweet with him. The whole experience was so amazing.

Here Hudson is getting all checked out from the Doctor. He was perfect. 10 fingers and 10 toes. He had strong lungs and cried right away. After he was born he was so alert. He was awake for like over an hour. Just looking around. That is one thing that people always said about him after he was born was how alert he is. He is such a blessing to our lives!!

The Mayan

For my little brothers birthday the whole family went to the Mayan restaurant to celebrate. The mayan has gotten way better since I last went. They have done a good job in making it better. Teagen was a biker..doesn't he look kinda like a crazy biker in this picture. LOL. My little brother was Link from the Zelda video game. My grandma in Arizona made his costume and shipped it to him..She is amazing. My mom painted the sheild just like in the game. The costume looked awesome.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRAEDY!!

Halloween

For halloween my work decided to all dress up as characters from the new Toy Story 3 movie. Everyone got the good characters by the time I came to work next so I could have chose the lots of luv huggin bear. However, I chose to do the troll. Yes that is my hair.. all of it. They cute girl that does my hair did this for me. I risked my hair being purple for real and I didn't even win anything in the contest. Figures! I wanted to let all those that were worried about the color coming out (including myself) that it did. It took 3 shampooings to get all the hair glue and dye out. It was pretty funny when I couldn't fit in my car and I kept hitting my hair on the x-ray tube when I was doing an x-ray. Oh the things we do for Halloween!
